Zoom on the Generac XC3300W
The Generac XC3300W is a heavy duty, commercial pressure washer, that provides its users with an all-around versatile cleaning experience, and enables:
- spot cleaning of hard, unpainted surfaces, reaching high areas, and removing stubborn stains
- overall cleaning of hard surfaces, washing vehicles, and prepping surfaces for painting
- gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces, and low pressure cleaning of larger areas
- applying detergents or chemicals, and rinsing surfaces afterward
The following sections will present you in detail its power characteristics and design, its main features and all the additional features it has to offer.
Power
Utilizing a powerful 212cc engine, this machine's aluminum triplex pump can deliver a pressure of 3300 PSI (around 55 times stronger than a standard garden hose) and a flow rate of up to 3 GPM (values claimed by the manufacturer). Thus, the Generac XC3300W achieves a cleaning power of 9900 Cleaning Units.
Starting the Generac G-Force engine of this gas pressure washer involves using a conventional pull-start method.
Fuel for the pressure washer is housed in a steel tank capable of holding up to 0.8 gallon of gasoline.
Design & Handling
The Generac XC3300W's wheelbarrow-style design enhances both mobility and stability, enabling seamless navigation and consistent performance, even on rugged terrain. Built to endure, the welded steel frame ensures the assembly's longevity by providing stability and safeguarding internal components under all working conditions. The folding handle enhances its mobility, while allowing for a convenient storage.
With its weight clocking in at 104 lbs, this unit's heftiness can't be ignored, presenting significant difficulties for users who need to lift and transport it, especially over uneven terrain. Its 212cc Generac G-Force engine, the triplex pump and welded steel frame add up to a large chunk of the device's weight. Despite this, the presence of three 10" never-flat wheels reduces the complexity of moving the XC3300W, even on rugged surfaces.
Main Features
The Generac XC3300W's package includes a spray gun, a wand, a pressure hose, 5 nozzles and a detergent injection feature, with a more detailed description below.
- Soap injection: The XC3300W does not feature a traditional soap tank. Instead, the detergent is supplied by a siphon hose. For this purpose, it has an integrated 5 gallon bucket holder that can hold cleaning detergent or serve as an additional onboard storage for tools and accessories. This bucket holder can be folded to save storage space. Upon connecting a soap nozzle, the pressure washer takes over the task of seamlessly combining the detergent with the water flow.
- Pressure hose: With the included 25 ft ⌀5/16" high-pressure hose (4000 PSI rating), connecting to the unit is a breeze, simplifying the setup process. However, it doesn't feature any proper storage solution for it (no reel, strap or hook).
- Spray gun and wand: The included classic ergonomic spray gun and its stainless steel wand can be easily stored in a side hook. The gun features a rotating auxiliary side handle to further improve the comfort of both left and right-handed users.
- Nozzles: The table below shows you the 5 included nozzles and the surfaces they're the most appropriate for.
