Description

Zoom on the Greenworks GPW1800

The Greenworks GPW1800, a light duty pressure washer, gives its user an all-around versatile cleaning experience, topped off by the following features:

  • spot cleaning of hard, paintless surfaces and reaching far-away areas
  • cleaning of painted and frail surfaces
  • application of detergent and cleaning solutions

Its power characteristics and design, its main features and all its additional features are presented ahead.

Power

Its axial cam pump, which utilizes a 13 amp universal motor, may deliver a pressure of up to 1800 PSI (almost 30 times more than a standard garden hose) and a flow of up to 1.1 GPM. These values correspond to a cleaning power of 1980 Cleaning Units.

The GPW1800 is an electric pressure washer and thus, can be easily started by an ON/OFF switch. The unit is ready-to-use with peace of mind, thanks to the included 35 ft GFCI cord.

Design & Handling

With its hand truck design, the Greenworks GPW1800 provides great mobility. The robust steel tubing frame guarantees longevity of the assembly. The foam-padded fixed handle adds to the GPW1800 convenience of transport, while offering a comfortable grip.

Since the unit weighs only 22.9 lbs, it is very easily carried around. On top of its light weight, the transportability and ease of use of this model is further improved by the addition of two 8" wheels.

Main Features

The Greenworks GPW1800 comes with a spray gun, a wand, a pressure hose, 5 nozzles and a detergent injection feature, which are detailed below.

  • Soap injection: Detergent is stored in a dedicated tank. The automatic soap dilution mechanism of the Greenworks GPW1800 will dilute the detergent with a 7:1 ratio. The detergent is automatically added to the water when a soap nozzle is connected.
  • Pressure hose: The 20 ft high-pressure hose, which is included with the device, can be stored neatly on the unit itself when idle, using a set of easy-to-use straps.
  • Spray gun and wand: Both the classic ergonomic spray gun and its wand may be conveniently stored in a side hook.
  • Nozzles: The 5 nozzles included with the device, and the respective surfaces which they’re the most suitable for, are shown in the following table.
