Description
Zoom on the Greenworks GPW2000-1RB
The Greenworks GPW2000-1RB is a light duty pressure washer, that provides its users with an all-around versatile cleaning experience, and enables:
- mild cleaning for delicate surfaces, and low-pressure cleaning for broader areas
- applying detergent and cleaning solutions, and rinsing surfaces
The following sections will present you in detail its power characteristics and design, its main features and all the additional features it has to offer.
Power
Powered by a 13-amp universal motor, its axial pump can generate a forceful pressure of 2000 PSI (roughly 33 times that of a standard garden hose) and a flow rate of up to 1.1 GPM (values as per PWMA testing standards). When these values are taken together, they yield a cleaning power of 2200 Cleaning Units.
The GPW2000-1RB's motor is effortlessly activated with a simple ON/OFF button, ensuring convenient operation. The unit is ready-to-use with peace of mind, thanks to the included 35 ft GFCI cord.
Design & Handling
Thanks to its hand truck design and approximate dimensions of D20.8 x W20.1 x H35.8 in, the Greenworks GPW2000-1RB offers great mobility. With its strong steel tubing frame, the assembly is built to last, providing stability and safeguarding internal components, even in challenging environments. The foam-padded fixed handle adds to the GPW2000-1RB convenience of transport, while offering a comfortable grip.
With its lightweight construction, tipping the scales at only 28.8 lbs, this unit is a portable powerhouse for all your cleaning needs. Enhancing its already lightweight design, the unit boasts two 10" never-flat wheels, making transportation effortless.
Main Features
Along with the Greenworks GPW2000-1RB itself, the package also includes a spray gun, a wand, a pressure hose, 3 nozzles and a detergent injection feature, which are discussed in further detail below.
- Soap injection: Even though the device doesn't have a soap tank, detergent is supplied by a siphon hose. The Greenworks GPW2000-1RB is not equipped with a soap dilution mechanism, and thus, it is up to the user to ensure the detergent’s correct dilution ratio when using it. When a soap nozzle is connected, the pressure washer takes the initiative to mix the detergent with the water flow automatically.
- Pressure hose: With a set of easy-to-use straps, the unit offers a practical solution for maintaining workspace order, allowing the included 20 ft ⌀1/4" high-pressure hose to be neatly stored when idle.
- Spray gun and wand: Both the classic ergonomic spray gun and its wand may be conveniently stored in a side hook.
- Nozzles: In the table below, you can see the 3 included nozzles alongside their respective recommended surface uses.
