Zoom on the Pulsar W2800H

In summary, the Pulsar W2800H is a medium to heavy duty pressure washer, that offers an all-around versatile cleaning experience, and also:

  • spot cleaning of hard, unpainted surfaces and high-reach cleaning
  • cleaning of painted or delicate surfaces
  • applying detergent and cleaning solutions

Ahead are presented its power characteristics and design, its main features and any other additional features.

Power

Powered by a powerful 212cc engine, its axial cam pump can deliver a pressure of 2800 PSI (around 47 times more than a standard garden hose) and a flow of up to 2.5 GPM (values claimed by the manufacturer). Combined, these values mean that the Pulsar W2800H has a cleaning power of 7000 Cleaning Units.

The Ducar engine of this gas-powered pressure washer relies on an old-school pull-start mechanism to get started.

Gasoline is stored in a metal fuel tank with a maximum capacity of 0.31 gallon.

Design & Handling

The Pulsar W2800H offers superb mobility, with a hand truck design. The robust steel frame guarantees longevity of the assembly. The foam-padded fixed handle adds to the W2800H convenience of transport, while offering a comfortable grip.

Weighing 73 lbs, the unit is easy to maneuver by most people. Its 212cc Ducar engine and steel frame all add up to a substantial part of that weight. But, as the W2800H does have a set of two 12" never-flat wheels, it can be easily maneuvered and manipulated.

Main Features

The Pulsar W2800H's package includes a spray gun, a wand, a pressure hose, 4 nozzles and a detergent injection feature, with a more detailed description below.

  • Pressure hose: The included 25 ft ⌀1/4" high-pressure hose can be neatly stored on the unit when idle thanks to a set of convenient hooks.
  • Spray gun and wand: A side hook enables you to easily store the included classic ergonomic spray gun and its wand.

Just purchased brand new out of the box pulsar 2800. Brought it home assembled it even followed the instructions. Filled with oil and gas – went to start with the recoil string and feels as though it is all seized up. Pissed off – DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS – now I get to repackage and return to the store with a full tank of gas. Such bullshit ! Boycott there pressure washers and do not buy. Did I mention I am pissed.

+ PROS: None - won’t start - seriously I can not rate this cause it won’t start. I tried to give a zero rating but their sight forces you to put something in and what I put in was the lowest the rating would allow me and it’s STILL TO HIGH OF A RATING OF HALF A STAR. Your product sucks and I hope you company closes down.
    - CONS: Pull this out of every store ! Have you ever heard of Quality Assurance. This is like going thru a drive thru - you get fu**ed going thru the drive thru.
