Zoom on the Pulsar W31H19

In summary, the Pulsar W31H19 is a heavy duty, commercial pressure washer, that offers an all-around versatile cleaning experience, and also:

  • spot cleaning of hard, unpainted surfaces and high-reach cleaning
  • intense cleaning of hard, unpainted surfaces
  • cleaning of painted and frail surfaces
  • applying detergent and cleaning solutions

The following sections will present you in detail its power characteristics and design, its main features and all the additional features it has to offer.

Power

The Pulsar W31H19 in use

The Pulsar W31H19

With a powerful 208 cc (7 hp) engine, its axial cam pump delivers a pressure of 3100 PSI (roughly 52 times more than a standard garden hose) and a flow of up to 2.5 GPM (values claimed by the manufacturer), resulting in the Pulsar W31H19's cleaning power of 7750 Cleaning Units.

The Ducar engine of this gas-powered pressure washer relies on an old-school pull-start mechanism to get started.

Gasoline storage is facilitated by a fuel tank with a maximum capacity of 0.3 gallon.

Design & Handling

The Pulsar W31H19 is very mobile, due to its hand truck design and approximate dimensions of D20 x W28 x H38 in. Its sturdy metal frame provides longevity to the assembly. The foam-padded fixed handle adds to the W31H19 convenience of transport, while offering a comfortable grip.

The majority of users will be able to maneuver this unit easily, it only weighs 75 lbs. Its 208 cc Ducar engine and metal frame all add up to a substantial part of that weight. But, as the W31H19 does have a set of two 12" never-flat wheels, it can be easily maneuvered and manipulated.

Main Features

The Pulsar W31H19

The Pulsar W31H19 comes with a spray gun, a wand, a pressure hose, 5 nozzles and a detergent injection feature, which are detailed below.

  • Soap injection: Detergent storage is ensured by a dedicated tank. However, since the Pulsar W31H19 does not feature a soap dilution mechanism, you'll have to make sure your detergent is correctly diluted before use. The detergent is automatically added to the water when a soap nozzle is connected.
  • Pressure hose: Using a set of convenient hooks, the included 30 ft ⌀1/4" high-pressure hose can be easily stored on the unit when it is not running.
  • Spray gun and wand: A side hook allows for an easy storage of the included classic ergonomic spray gun and its wand.
  • Nozzles: The following table illustrates the 5 included nozzles, along with the surfaces which they are the most suitable for.
