Zoom on the Ryobi RY803111
In a nutshell, the Ryobi RY803111 is a heavy duty, commercial pressure washer, which not only offers an all-around versatile cleaning experience, but that also allows:
- focused spot cleaning on hard, unpainted surfaces, accessing high spots, and efficiently eliminating stubborn stains
- soft cleaning of delicate surfaces, and gentle cleaning for larger areas with low pressure
- utilizing cleaning solutions, and rinsing surfaces clean
Ahead are presented its power characteristics and design, its main features and any other additional features.
Power
With a 196cc engine, its aluminum axial cam pump delivers a pressure of 3200 PSI (roughly 53 times more than a standard garden hose) and a flow of up to 2.5 GPM (values claimed by the manufacturer), resulting in the Ryobi RY803111's cleaning power of 8000 Cleaning Units.
Boasting a dual starting mechanism, the Ryobi engine of this gas-powered pressure washer delivers convenience and reliability: you have the option to select either the practical electric start or the time-tested pull-start mechanism. A 18V ONE+ Lithium+ battery, which is included in the package, is required for the electric start.
The pressure washer's tank has a maximum capacity of 0.25 gallon for storing gasoline, which provides an approximate runtime of 45 minutes.
Design & Handling
The Ryobi RY803111 boasts great mobility, courtesy of its convenient hand truck design. The durable steel tubing frame of the assembly ensures its longevity, providing stability and shielding internal components from damage, even in tough conditions. The foam-padded fixed handle adds to the RY803111 convenience of transport, while offering a comfortable grip.
Weighing in at 72 lbs, it's safe to say this unit isn't lightweight, which might pose difficulties for users when it comes to lifting and transporting, particularly over uneven surfaces. A key role in its final weight is played by its 196cc Ryobi engine and steel tubing frame. Nonetheless, the addition of two 12" wheels simplifies maneuvering the RY803111, even across rough ground.
Main Features

User Reviews
won’t start right out of the box
Electric start after using a few times won’t work, won’t turn over with pull cord start either. Tried buying new batteries, changed
oil and gas, checked spark plug. Home Depot won’t return or exchange it. Waste of money.
