Using the brand new Honda GCV170 (opens in a new tab) engine, which is specially built for pressure washers, its axial cam pump delivers a pressure of up to 3000 PSI (roughly 50 times more than a standard garden hose) and a flow of up to 2.4 GPM (CETA-certified values). When these values are taken together, they yield a cleaning power of 7200 Cleaning Units.

For this gas-powered pressure washer, the 166cc (4.8 hp) engine is started using a time-tested pull-start mechanism.

Containing gasoline, the pressure washer's fuel tank can hold a maximum of 0.25 gallon.

• Soap injection: While the device doesn't feature a soap tank, detergent supply is ensured by a siphon hose. The Simpson MS60809-S is equipped with an automatic soap dilution mechanism, efficiently blending detergent to the predefined ratio of 7:1. Upon attaching a soap nozzle, the pressure washer seamlessly integrates the detergent into the water flow.
• Pressure hose: The included 25 ft ⌀1/4" high-pressure hose can be neatly stored on the unit when not in use, utilizing a set of easy-to-use straps for convenient organization.
• Spray gun and wand: Both the classic ergonomic spray gun and its steel wand may be conveniently stored in a side hook.
