Its brass triplex pump, which utilizes a powerful 429cc (14 hp) engine, may deliver a pressure of up to 4200 PSI (almost 70 times more than a standard garden hose) and a flow of up to 4 GPM. Corresponding to these values is a cleaning power of 16800 Cleaning Units.
To initiate the Kohler CH440 engine of this gas-powered pressure washer, a traditional pull-start mechanism is employed.
Gasoline is stored in a fuel tank with a maximum capacity of 1.8 gallon.
Design & Handling
With its hand truck design and approximate dimensions of D33.5 x W31 x H45.8 in, the Stihl RB 800 provides great mobility. The sturdy steel tubing frame ensures the longevity of the assembly, offering stability and protection for internal components, even during rigorous use. The folding handle enhances its mobility, while allowing for a convenient storage.
At 168 lbs, we can't really say that the unit is lightweight, and manually lifting or transporting it could be a significant challenge for users, especially if they need to move it frequently or navigate over uneven terrain. The major reasons for its heavy weight are its 429cc Kohler CH440 engine, the triplex pump and steel tubing frame. Nevertheless, with its two 13" pneumatic wheels, users can manage the RB 800 with less difficulty, even over uneven terrain.

The Stihl RB 800's package includes a spray gun, a wand, a pressure hose, 5 nozzles and a detergent injection feature, with a more detailed description below.
- Soap injection: Detergent is fed in through a siphon hose, since the device lacks a soap tank. However, since the Stihl RB 800 does not feature a soap dilution mechanism, you'll have to make sure your detergent is correctly diluted before use. Upon connecting a soap nozzle, the pressure washer takes over the task of seamlessly combining the detergent with the water flow.
