Description
Zoom on the Westinghouse WPX2700
In a nutshell, the Westinghouse WPX2700 is a medium duty pressure washer, which not only offers an all-around versatile cleaning experience, but that also allows:
- spot cleaning of hard, unpainted surfaces, reaching high areas, and removing stubborn stains
- mild cleaning for delicate surfaces, and low-pressure cleaning for broader areas
- applying detergents and cleaning agents, and rinsing off surfaces
Ahead are presented its power characteristics and design, its main features and any other additional features.
Power
Its aluminum axial cam pump, which utilizes an impressive 212cc engine, may deliver a pressure of up to 2700 PSI (almost 45 times more than a standard garden hose) and a flow of up to 2.3 GPM. Corresponding to these values is a cleaning power of 6210 Cleaning Units.
The Westinghouse engine of this gas-powered pressure washer is initiated by a classic pull-start mechanism.
Fuel for the pressure washer is housed in a tank capable of holding up to 0.9 gallon of gasoline.
Design & Handling
The Westinghouse WPX2700 is very mobile, due to its hand truck design and approximate dimensions of L21 x W19.5 x H39 in. The durable steel tubing frame of the assembly ensures its longevity, providing stability and shielding internal components from damage, even in tough conditions. The foam-padded fixed handle adds to the WPX2700 convenience of transport, while offering a comfortable grip.
Weighing 63 lbs, this unit offers a manageable weight that allows for easy handling by most individuals. This weight is largely influenced by the presence of the 212cc Westinghouse engine and a robust steel tubing frame. Despite this, the WPX2700's two 12" never-flat wheels ensure effortless maneuverability.
Main Features
The Westinghouse WPX2700's package includes a spray gun, a pressure hose, 4 nozzles and a detergent injection feature, with a more detailed description below.
- Soap injection: Detergent storage is ensured by a 0.5 gal tank. The Westinghouse WPX2700 is not equipped with a soap dilution mechanism, and thus, it is up to the user to ensure the detergent’s correct dilution ratio when using it. Upon connecting a soap nozzle, the pressure washer takes over the task of seamlessly combining the detergent with the water flow.
- Pressure hose: Utilizing a set of convenient hooks, the unit offers a convenient solution for storing the included 25 ft ⌀5/16" high-pressure hose (2700 PSI rating) when it's not in use, keeping it neatly organized.
- Spray gun: A side hook allows for an easy storage of the included ergonomic EnduraGrasp spray gun.
- Nozzles: Refer to the table below for details on the 4 included nozzles and their recommended surface applications.

Bought the WPX2700 on Amazon. It’s my first pressure washer and it is working great so far. Used it to wash my house using 1 gallon of Mold Armor and straight water for rinsing. Easy to assemble, powerful pressure, easy starting, and comes with a standard 3 year residential warranty or a 1 year commercial warranty. So far I’m satisfied with this washer.
I bought this machine used it one time it was brand new it has no pressure it just barely sprays any water at all
