Description
Zoom on the Westinghouse WPX3200
In a nutshell, the Westinghouse WPX3200 is a heavy duty, commercial pressure washer, which not only offers an all-around versatile cleaning experience, but that also allows:
- spot cleaning of hard, paintless surfaces and reaching far-away areas
- thorough cleaning of hard, paint-free surfaces
- cleaning of painted and fragile surfaces
- applying detergent and cleaning solutions
Ahead are presented its power characteristics and design, its main features and any other additional features.
Power
The Westinghouse WPX3200's aluminum axial cam pump, powered by a powerful 212 cc engine, can provide a pressure of up to 3200 PSI (approximately 53 times more than a standard garden hose) and a flow of up to 2.5 GPM (values claimed by the manufacturer). The Westinghouse WPX3200 thus has a cleaning power of 8000 Cleaning Units.
This gas-powered pressure washer’s Westinghouse engine is started by a traditional pull-start mechanism.
Gasoline is stored in a fuel tank with a maximum capacity of 0.9 gallon.
Design & Handling
The Westinghouse WPX3200 is very mobile, due to its hand truck design and approximate dimensions of L21 x W19.5 x H39 in. Its sturdy steel tubing frame provides longevity to the assembly. The foam-padded fixed handle adds to the WPX3200 convenience of transport, while offering a comfortable grip.
Weighing 64 lbs, the unit is easy to maneuver by most people. Its 212 cc Westinghouse engine and steel tubing frame all add up to a substantial part of that weight. But, as the WPX3200 does have a set of two 12" never-flat wheels, it can be easily maneuvered and manipulated.
Main Features
Along with the Westinghouse WPX3200 itself, the package also includes a spray gun, a pressure hose, 5 nozzles and a detergent injection feature, which are discussed in further detail below.
- Soap injection: A safe detergent storage is facilitated by a 0.5 gal tank. As the Westinghouse WPX3200 doesn’t include a soap dilution mechanism, the user must provide a correctly diluted detergent before proceeding to use it. If a soap nozzle is attached, the device will proceed to add the detergent to the water automatically.
- Pressure hose: Using a set of convenient hooks, the included 25 ft ⌀5/16" high-pressure hose (3100 PSI rating) can be easily stored on the unit when it is not running.
- Spray gun: A side hook allows for an easy storage of the included ergonomic EnduraGrasp spray gun.
- Nozzles: The 5 nozzles included with the device, and the respective surfaces which they’re the most suitable for, are shown in the following table.

- Safety: Safety of operation is enhanced by a thermal relief valve (which helps to prevent internal pump damage) and a trigger lock mechanism (which prevents accidental operation).
- Accessories: Included with the Westinghouse WPX3200 are also the owner's manual (opens in a new tab) and some basic documentation to get you promptly started, along with several accessories, such as spray gun, pressure hose, oil, nozzle cleaner, tool kit and funnel.

Worst product I have ever bought.
just put power washer all together. easy directions seems to work fine.
The washer worked great about first 3 times. Now water is spewing out of the soap box its surging and dying?I know it’s a inexpensive washer but I expected more then 3 uses.I wish I had put a couple hundred more with it and got a karcher or Honda
