Zoom on the Westinghouse WPX3200
The Westinghouse WPX3200 is a heavy duty pressure washer, that provides its users with an all-around versatile cleaning experience, and enables:
- focused spot cleaning on hard, unpainted surfaces, accessing high spots, and efficiently eliminating stubborn stains
- general cleaning of hard surfaces , washing vehicles, and preparing surfaces for painting
- soft cleaning of delicate surfaces, and gentle cleaning for larger areas with low pressure
- applying detergent and cleaning solutions, and rinsing surfaces
Ahead are presented its power characteristics and design, its main features and any other additional features.
Power
Utilizing a powerful 212cc engine, this machine's aluminum axial cam pump can deliver a pressure of 3200 PSI (around 53 times stronger than a standard garden hose) and a flow rate of up to 2.5 GPM (values claimed by the manufacturer). Thus, the Westinghouse WPX3200 achieves a cleaning power of 8000 Cleaning Units.
For this gas-powered pressure washer, the Westinghouse engine is started using a time-tested pull-start mechanism.
Fuel for the pressure washer is housed in a tank capable of holding up to 0.9 gallon of gasoline.
Design & Handling
With its hand truck design, the Westinghouse WPX3200 provides excellent maneuverability. The sturdy steel tubing frame ensures the longevity of the assembly, offering stability and protection for internal components, even during rigorous use. The foam-padded fixed handle adds to the WPX3200 convenience of transport, while offering a comfortable grip.
This unit, weighing 63 lbs, strikes a comfortable balance between portability and stability, ensuring easy maneuvering for users of various strengths. This weight is largely influenced by the presence of the 212cc Westinghouse engine and a robust steel tubing frame. Still, the WPX3200's two 12" never-flat wheels ensure easy handling and maneuverability.
Main Features
The Westinghouse WPX3200's package includes a spray gun, a pressure hose, 5 nozzles and a detergent injection feature, with a more detailed description below.
- Soap injection: Detergent is stored in a 0.5 gal tank. Because the Westinghouse WPX3200 lacks a soap dilution function, it's important to dilute detergent appropriately before using the pressure washer. Once a soap nozzle is connected, the pressure washer automatically blends the detergent with the water flow.
- Pressure hose: When not in use, the unit allows for tidy storage of the included 25 ft ⌀5/16" high-pressure hose (3100 PSI rating) using a set of convenient hooks, ensuring convenient organization.
- Spray gun: The included ergonomic EnduraGrasp spray gun can be easily stored in a side hook.
- Nozzles: In the table below, you can see the 5 included nozzles alongside their respective recommended surface uses.

I used this washer 5 times over 2 months and now I am getting the same water spewing out of soap box problem. Westinghouse is not responding. Thing is useless at this point.
Worst product I have ever bought.
just put power washer all together. easy directions seems to work fine.
The washer worked great about first 3 times. Now water is spewing out of the soap box its surging and dying?I know it’s a inexpensive washer but I expected more then 3 uses.I wish I had put a couple hundred more with it and got a karcher or Honda
